If less than 24 hours notice is received 50% of the service fee will be charged. If less than 2 hours notice is received or you miss your appointment 100% of the service fee will be charged. Kim Post graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College, and has been a registered massage therapist since 2004. As a former competitive gymnast she benefited from massage therapy treatments to heal many sports related injuries. That is where her passion for massage therapy began. After years of working in spa and clinical settings, she opened her own practice in 2016. Kim offers both relaxation and therapeutic massage treatments. She has also recieved additional training in hot stone massage, ultrasound, T.E.N.S therapy, cupping theapy, and myofascial relase.
